Does raw mean no baking?

This collection includes raw-inspired classics alongside baked and chilled lighter desserts. No-bake and raw aren’t always the same: some ingredients are heat-processed, and many lighter recipes need cooking. Each recipe states its preparation style.

How do ingredient swaps work?

Open a recipe and tap Swap beside an ingredient. Choose a suggested alternative, review its flavor and texture notes, then apply it. The ingredient list and available nutrition estimates update immediately.

Can AI suggest more protein, fiber, or fewer calories?

Yes. Open any recipe, choose your goals under AI suggestions, and optionally exclude coconut oil or cacao butter. Preview ingredient changes, texture notes, and FatSecret nutrition estimates before applying. Goals are checked against available nutrition data; some combinations need a tradeoff. These variations are not kitchen-tested.

Can I adapt recipes for allergies?

You can filter suggested ingredients by listed allergens. This helps you explore alternatives, but it does not verify that the whole recipe or your purchased products are safe. Always check labels and cross-contact information.

Where do the nutrition numbers come from?

We scale food composition data to the recipe’s ingredient weights and serving count. Amounts and swaps are estimates, and unavailable nutrients stay clearly marked. Read our nutrition notes.
